弊社が提供していますレンタルサーバは、CentOSにPleskをインストールしています。
この場合MTAがqmailになるため、OpenPNEで携帯電話から投稿する際は以下の設定が必要になります。

この設定を行うことで、スクリプトからPOPでメール受信してOpenPneへ渡すことが可能になります。.qmailファイルへプログラムを渡せない環境の場合にはこちらでうまく動かすことができると思います。
また、あらかじめドメインのメール設定で存在しないメール名はCatchAll機能などを使って、1アドレスで受信できるように設定しておく必要があります。
OPENPNE_DIR/binの配下に以下の二つのファイルを置く。

OPENPNE_DIRは実際の環境に合わせて書き直してください。
PleskのCronタブの設定でジョブを新規作成し,五分おきに受信させる場合は以下のように設定します。
コマンドには sh OPENPNE_DIR/snsmail.sh を入力
これで、携帯で画像付投稿が可能となるはずです。
